Time: Doors open at 6:00, tournament starts at 6:30

$500 Donation Encouraged
($450 of which is tax-deductible,
or $425 if bringing guest)

Prizes include a 4-night travel package to Las Vegas,
a big screen TV, golf clubs and more

Space is limited, tournament is filling up quickly

Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be provided
